Libby Oldfield is a Specialist Continence and Women’s Health physiotherapist and Co-Director of Fitwise Physiotherapy.
Libby has been successfully helping women of all ages achieve their physical health goals for many years. She has a special interest in the health and wellbeing of older women, developing programs, conducting classes, giving talks to the general public and lecturing at the University of Melbourne. Pelvic floor dysfunction, pelvic girdle pain and Clinical Pilates are also major interests of Libby’s.
Libby has 2 adult sons and and 2 small grandsons (what an exciting world has opened up). She is also passionately occupied in her spare time with playing tennis, patchwork and quilting.
Gen McGlashan is a Specialist Continence and Women’s Health Physiotherapist and Co-Director of Fitwise Physiotherapy.
Gen has extensive experience successfully helping many women achieve their goals, with expertise and a special interest in Pelvic Girdle Pain, Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation, and exercise programs for women of all ages. She also enjoys lecturing and clinical supervision for undergraduate and postgraduate physiotherapy students, where she lectures on topics such as: Exercise in Pregnancy and Pelvic Girdle Pain.
Gen is a very keen exerciser, particularly Pump, Spin and Combat classes and Clinical Pilates. She also loves spending time with her husband and three teenage children and supporting them in their many sports and activities!

Julienne Moore is an APA Titled Continence and Women's Health Physiotherapist and associate at Fitwise Physiotherapy. Julienne has been part of the Fitwise team since 2008.
Julienne enjoys the challenge of treating low back and pelvic pain, pelvic floor dysfunction and through her love of exercise, helps her patients keep active, return to exercise, or begin exercise for the first time.
Julienne is a very active mother of 2 children and is also a keen cyclist.
Claire graduated from La Trobe University in 2006. She has career interests that include exercise for women during the childbearing years and beyond, Clinical Pilates, low back and pelvic girdle pain, and promoting health and wellbeing at all ages and stages of life.
On a personal note, Claire enjoys Pilates, running, and going to the gym in her spare time. She also values time spent with friends and family.
Kath has been involved in women’s health for over 25 years. As an ante-natal educator, her particular passion is preparing women for the physical and emotional challenges of childbirth. Relaxation, breathing awareness, massage, movement and positioning are some of the resources she explores with pregnant women in the “Birthwise” sessions.
For those clients - both women and men - recovering from cancer surgery and having to deal with lymphoedema, Kath can assist with lymphatic massage, teaching home programs for lymphatic drainage and the fitting of compression garments.
As a mother of four teenage children, she believes in being flexible and having a broad outlook.

Anita graduated from the University of Melbourne in 2009 as a Physiotherapist and also completed a Masters of Physiotherapy with Majors in Women's Health & Musculoskeletal Health at the University of Melbourne. She has completed all four levels of DMA Clinical Pilates training as well as qualifications in Sports Physiotherapy and endeavours to provide holistic management for her patients combining manual and exercise therapies. Anita also has a keen interest in treating dance related injuries and conducts pre-screening dance assessments & pre-pointe ballet assessments. Outside the clinic, she enjoys presenting on Women’s Health related topics at professional development courses. Anita also teaches post graduate Physiotherapists and Doctors at the University of Melbourne.
On a personal note, Anita loves to dance and is an accomplished classical Indian dancer. She is also fluent in Hindi and Punjabi.
Rachel joined the Fitwise team at the start of 2013. After graduating from La Trobe University in 2007, Rachel’s interest in Women’s health motivated her to undertake post graduate study in the areas of continence and exercise for women. Rachel enjoys teaching Clinical Pilates and both instructing and participating in exercise classes.
Abbi graduated from La Trobe University in 2011. She has a diverse clinical background, having worked across both private and public sectors, she gained skills in trauma, musculoskeletal and neurological rehabilitation. She has a passion for normal movement, Pilates and lumbo-pelvic rehabilitation. You will also find her running the Pre and Post Natal classes at our East Melbourne clinic.
Abbi will shortly be completing her post graduate training in pelvic floor rehabilitation.
When not at work Abbi enjoys all things outdoors including mountain bike riding, snowboarding, water skiing and diving.
Amanda graduated in 2010 from the University of Otago in New Zealand and has worked in a variety of settings including rehabilitation and aged care. A strong passion for Women's health has inspired her to work towards Post Graduate qualifications in Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy. Amanda enjoys teaching exercise classes, Clinical Pilates, treating pregnancy related pain and assisting new Mum's getting back into exercise.
In her spare time, Amanda enjoys Swing Dancing, running and yoga.
Cherry de Crespigny

Cherry graduated in 1998 from Curtin University, Perth WA and has worked in a range of public and private settings in Australia and the UK, and more recently in Hong Kong. She completed her post graduate certificate in pelvic floor Physiotherapy in 2016 and has a keen interest in pre and post natal well being, as well as pelvic floor health.
Over the years Cherry has completed various Clinical Pilates training courses and has seen it's benefits in rehabilitating and preventing injuries and promoting good posture, core and pelvic floor function. She loves that Pilates can benefit clients of all levels of fitness.
Having two young boys of her own, Cherry understands the importance of safe exercise during pregnancy and the post natal recovery period, and enjoys helping clients get back to their own pre pregnancy fitness levels.
In her spare time, Cherry is a keen runner, hiker and swimmer.
Laura completed her Doctor of Physiotherapy at Melbourne University in 2014. Since then she has developed a range of skills working in public and private settings including musculoskeletal and neurological rehabilitation, post-operative management and recovery, and the benefit of tailored exercise to improve quality of life in diabetes, cancer and the older population. She has a passion for Women’s health, management of pelvic girdle pain and empowering women to stay active throughout their pregnancy and during the post-natal period.
Having completed her APPI pilates training, Laura is passionate about the holistic benefits of exercise and pilates to promote mobility and strength no matter what stage of life.
Originally from Tasmania and having lived and worked in the northern Italian alps Laura loves the outdoors, bushwalking, running and skiing. Followed by a good pizza, of course.
Remedial Massage @ Fitwise
Jessica Fowler – Remedial Masseuse
Jessica qualified as a Remedial Massage Therapist in 2010 and worked in the luxury spa industry for 4 years before moving into the public health sector. Jessica is passionate about supporting clients through life's challenges by offering a holistic approach to Remedial massage therapy. Jessica encourages clients to take massage as an opportunity to practice mindfulness and connect with their body while receiving treatment. Jessica has special interest in the pre and post natal journey and in 2018 Jessica will be completing training as a Pregnancy Massage Practitioner to further extend her expertise in this specialist area.
Jessica has two young children and enjoys gardening, craft and baking.

Leeann Cairnduff – Practice Manager
Lee has been very happily working at Fitwise since early in 2011. Her working life has always revolved around the health/medical industry and she has managed specialist practices for many years. She loves the culture at Fitwise, the wonderful staff and stopping for a chat with patients as she wanders through the waiting room.
Lee is married with 2 beautiful 'young adult' children and outside of work enjoys dabbling in non-professional theatre, reading and ‘cooking up a storm’ to entertain friends.
Sharna Graham – Administration Coordinator
Sharna joined the Fitwise front desk team early in 2012 and is based at our East Melbourne Practice.
Sharna and her husband are kept very busy by their 3 beautiful children; a daughter, and two sons.
Her main passions are family camping trips, basketball and of course their gorgeous pets.
Rebecca McAdie – Receptionist
Rebecca joined the Fitwise Team in May 2014. Rebecca is an avid photographer, she enjoys photographing nature, people and of course, her cat.
Rebecca has a deep interest in many forms of art, such as reading and heavy metal music and she also enjoys learning Muay Thai.
Caitlin Chisholm - Receptionist
Caitlin started working at Fitwise in February 2018 and is based at our Armadale practice.
Caitlin has a background in administration within the allied health industry, and enjoys working with patients and practitioners.
Outside of work, Caitlin loves travelling, yoga and of course, her dog Finn!
Georgina Smith - Receptionist
Georgina has been working across both practices keeping clients happy since June 2016 and more recently has been looking after administration at Armadale.
Georgina hopes to return to study a health-related postgraduate course next year and, outside of work, she enjoys baking for friends and family, watching movies and swimming
Kim Roberts - Receptionist
Kim Roberts joined Fitwise Armadale in March 2016, returning to work after many years at home looking after her four children, two dogs and two chooks
Kim enjoys gardening in her vegetable garden which was in the Australian Open Garden scheme and running on the beach.
Jackie Micallef - Receptionist
Jackie joined the team in July 2016. Just having graduated from Biomedical Science, she is now studying Physiotherapy at Monash University.
When she isn't studying or planning her next holiday, Jackie loves playing netball, going to the footy, cooking and spoiling her dog Barney.
Lily Pascoe - Receptionist
Lily joined the Fitwise team in September 2006 and is currently studying at RMIT in persuit of becoming a Myotherapist.
Lily is passionate about travelling, cooking and yoga.
Grace Cairnduff - Receptionist
Grace joined the reception team in November 2016. She is studying at Melbourne Uni - a Bachelor of Design as well as marketing. Grace is an avid reader, a lover of musicals and particularly enjoys the contact with Fitwise clients when they check in at reception.
Samantha Gross - Receptionist
Samantha is a student of the University of Melbourne and has completed her Bachelor of Arts and Diploma of Music and is now doing an honours year. Sam hopes to major in either ancient studies or history whilst minoring in French.
Sam enjoys swimming and reading and her favourite food is Spaghetti Bolognese.
