When you are pregnant your body is more physically challenged than at any other time! As your baby grows, your abdominal and pelvic floor muscles (your core) become stretched and have to carry the increasing weight of your growing baby. This can place increased stress on your back and pelvic joints. Your upper back is also doing more work supporting the increased weight of your new bust!
