Lower Limb Tendon Pain - 10 Things to Avoid

Now that the silly season has come to an end, lots of us have the urge to kick our new year's resolutions into gear.  

While making healthy changes is always a good thing, many people find that with a change of pace, particularly exercise, a whole range of problems can arise. 

Tendon issues are one of the most common problems we see when people drastically change their routine. This is due to tendons reacting poorly to big changes in loading levels. For some, this can mean going from one run a week to three.  For others, it can be just simply starting a new routine with a daily walk to work.
