Attention Men, you have a Pelvic Floor too! 

  • Most men don’t think about their prostate, and more than half don’t even know where the prostate is! But 1 in 8 men will get prostate cancer. Learning to use your pelvic floor muscles can speed up your recovery post-surgery, and general exercise can reduce your risk of cancer recurrence. Our skilled Physiotherapists can assist you in multiple aspects of your recovery.  
  • Osteoporosis may occur earlier in women, but men are still at risk. Are you doing the right sort of exercise to prevent bone loss and maintain your muscle mass? Our experienced Men’s health Physiotherapists can get you on the right track.
