1. Where are we located?
Level 4, 372 Albert Street, East Melbourne. We are on the corner
of Lansdowne Street and Albert Street, opposite the Fitzroy
Gardens.

2. Is there parking available?
The closest intersection is Albert and Lansdowne
Streets. One to four hour street parking is available
on Albert Street, Lansdowne Street and Victoria Parade (fees
apply). Secured undercover parking is available on Albert
Street (near Gisborne St) or at St Vincents Private / Freemasons
Hospitals on Victoria Parade (fees apply).
3. Is there public transport access?
The closest train station is Parliament Station (Spring and
Nicholson Street). Trams (24 & 109) run along Victoria
Parade to Lansdowne Street.
4. Do I need a doctor’s referral?
Private clients do not need a doctor’s referral to consult a
physiotherapist. However for Work Cover, TAC or Department of
Veteran Affairs clients a doctor’s referral is required.
5. How long do the classes go for?
Classes usually go for 45 minutes - 1 hour.
6. Can I bring my baby and/or toddler to class?
Babies and children are very welcome at Fitwise but remain the
responsibility of their parent at all times.
7. What do I need to bring to class?
You don’t need to bring anything with you. Water is supplied, as
are mats and exercise equipment used in the classes.
8. What should I wear to class?
Whatever you are comfortable to exercise in. Leggings or track
pants, a t-shirt and runners for most classes. No shoes are
required for the Pilates classes.
