How does Clinical Pilates work?
Imagine a skyscraper without a good foundation.
Core stability is your body’s foundation, and poor core
stability is a major contributor to injury and common problems such
as backache.
Our bodies are made up of layers of muscles, from superficial to
deep. Conventional exercising, where we work at our maximum rate,
predominantly exercises the superficial muscles while overlooking
the deep ones.
Clinical Pilates addresses this shortfall and builds the
foundation we need by targeting the deep stabilizing back,
abdominal and pelvic floor muscles.

additional postgraduate training in Clinical Pilates.
