Fitwise offers a range of pregnancy and postnatal group exercise classes.

Matwork Pilates

Matwork Pilates Classes

Target your deep abdominal and pelvic floor muscles (the core) using fitball’s, bands and balance discs.

Enjoy better posture, less back ache and an improved pelvic floor!

 

Runwise

A new program in 2011, Runwise is a post-natal running class specifically formatted for new mothers.

Runwise is designed to improve the participant’s confidence in running as well as focusing on endurance, technique and strength.

 

Pedal Combo

Spin Classes

Stationary indoor cycling followed by weights and fitball exercises for a well rounded cardio and toning class.

Specifically modified for pre and postnatal women.
