Strengthwise is a group fitness
class designed by Fitwise physiotherapists to meet the specific
needs of older women.
All classes are conducted by physiotherapists with postgraduate
qualifications and a special interest in exercise for older
women.
All exercises can be modified to suit your individual needs and
fitness level.
An important aspect of Strengthwise is education. Fitwise
physiotherapy can provide advice on a range of issues relevant to
you; including:
- pelvic floor and continence management
- falls prevention and balance
- minimising the risk of osteoporosis
